Burns and stomach pain from what comes because they did ultrasound and didn't found anything?

Stomach pain: There are many different causes of stomach pain. Ultrasound can only exclude certain causes such as gallstones. The ultrasound is limited in evaluation of your stomach or intestines. Did you doctor check for stomach bacteria as a source of gastritis. Please consult with your doctor on what additional test can be performed such as upper GI series or endoscopy.
