Not normal: You need to be evaluated for bleeding in the first trimester. This is concerning for possible miscarriage.

Not good: It is possible that you could be having a miscarriage. There should be no bleeding during pregnancy, especially with cramping pain that accompanies it. Check in with your ob, and prepare yourself for more bleeding and cramping that will be the body's natural process of ridding itself of the products of conception.
