Possibly an abscess: A dental abscess (infection) of a tooth or gum may cause a pus filled bump to occur. See your dentist for a thorough examination and an appropriate treatment. If left untreated, it will only get worse, sometimes facial swelling or life threatening problems.

Chronic infection: You have a chronic infection. It is not eliminated when the bump is 'popped'...That is just the way the body gets rid of used up white blood cells (pus). There is probably an infection in a tooth nearby the 'bump'. See a dentist to have it fully diagnosed and treated.
