Signs/symptoms...: Pancreatic cancer is often diagnosed at a late stage since it rarely shows early symptoms. Symptoms include abdominal pain, painless jaundice (yellowing of eyes and skin), darkening of the urine, loss of appetite, nausea/vomiting, weight loss, and pale/grey stools.

Hi I had an MR MRCP scan to primarily investigate a prominent CBD. It also looked at the pancreas and reported, "is of normal volume with normal T1 signal return". Would this suggest there were no tumors or other signs of pancreatic cancer?
