Likely Ebola Virus: Ebola virus has been found in the West African Countries of Guinea, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Nigeria and Senegal during the current 2014 outbreak. The strain in the current outbreak is Ebola Zaire. The death rate is approximately 55% (4 OCT 2014) with the current outbreak but in past death rates have been as high as 90%.
