How long takes a person infected with ebola from contracting the disease until dies? if a person has a fever, is suspected to be infected with ebola?

Depends: Though I have not seen a case, I have seen other hemorrhagic fevers. With these diseases, course cannot be predicted. Just a fever would not be enough to be concerned for Ebola without a close exposure.

US & Senegal had one travel case only.According to CDC, incubation period is 2 to 21 days with average of 8 to 10 days. Not everyone contracting Ebola dies.
