Probably nothing: Are you talking percents or absolute numbers? Is the total WBC count normal? It is not uncommon or significant to have a high lymph percent and low neut percent.

Dr. Dugan is correct. Especially, the percentages fluctuate wildly, even chaotically, from day to day. If the absolute values are anywhere near reference range, stop worrying.
