Gastroenteritis: Usually diarrhea isn't a sign of premature labor. If you have predictable pains and/or vaginal bleeding or pressure, you should be examined immediately. You probably have a "bug" that is causing your diarrhea - try some immodium ad to see if this alleviates you symptoms, but call you doctor is they persist.

Maybe: Probably more likely stretching and weight bearing pains of a near-term pregnancy. If any doubts about whether or not you are in early labor, you should call your ob--he/she may recommend getting toco to monitor for contractions.
