Probably: The chances your 15 year old daughter has an acute coronary syndrome (a heart attack or one of its cousins) is vanishingly small, but aortic dissections, pes, coronary dissections, etc aren't totally out, and our medicolegal culture being what it is, if they can't come up with a convincing alternative explanation...
