A few ways: Have you told her that, even though she's only 29, she MIGHT be having symptoms of a heart attack? Is it logistically possible for you or a family member or nearby close friend to take her to hospital? As a last resort, you can call 999 on her behalf. An ambulance with uniformed paramedics and a stretcher can be very convincing.

Find her hook: Everyone has a soft spot for some issue. At 29 it might be a spouse, kids, or some activity she loves. Asking her how they will function when something happens to her might help. Asking what sort of funeral she would want is a dramatic but telling way of getting someone's attention.
