Am80yr fell down from scooty and hurt my back bone but not fracture am using acetiamnophene for pain but its still very painful so please suggest some rx?

Applying an ice pack for 20 minutes 3-5 times/day can help. Narcotic pain relievers such as hydrocodone can be considered for short-term use. A tens unit is an option.
