Depends: Could be a urinary tract infection, could be urethral cyst.You need to see a doctor for sure and i recommend a gynecologist.

Urinary tract infect: Need to see a doc. Urinalysis & c&s have to be done. Appropriate antibiotics must be given. To avoid uti, drink plenty of water. Vit c 1000 mg twice daily x 2 weeks cranberry juice & tabs will help.
