Yes and no: Ed can be reversed if psychological. Also if due to damage to the pudendal nerve. Few surgeons have experience with this kind of surgery.. Not if due to diabetes, penile damage following priapism or neurological problems. Otherwise ED is a normal part of the aging process. It often responds to medication such as viagra (sildenafil) or Cialis or a vacuum device.

Maybe: Depends on cause. If you've had a nerve injury, ED can be treated but not reversed. Vascular and ED from low testosterone can often be reversed with medical management and lifestyle changes.
