ER first and then...: First and most important, go to the er of the nearest hospital for some antibiotics as infections can spread to the rest of your body, and may lead to serious complications including death. Then, ask at the hospital if they know of any reduced cost\free dental clinics in your area. Are there any state programs such as medicaid? Also inquire about local dental schools; ask local religious org.
