Maybe.: If the lab just tests the growing end of the hair follicle, amphetamine may be present up to 90 days. Stimulants are "out of your system" at the end of each day, but they get incorporated into hair and stay there even after you stop taking the medication. Detection in hair then depends on how quickly your hair grows--and which part of it they test.
