May be perception: "laziness" is not a delayed side effect of being off adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine). You may "feel" lazy off Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) because you are not being as efficient. If it is helping you get things done more quickly, being off it may be a sharp contrast.
