A member asked:

How could i know if i have seratonin syndrome and what should i do?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

True seratonin : Syndrome is quite rare, and is said to occur most often due to drug-drug interactions. Really like a neuroleptic malignant syndrome, and can be a reaction to this category but also seen with ssri and snri drugs. Might see temperature elevation, muscular rigidity, confusion, and elevation of cpk, white cell count, abnormal liver tests, with eeg slowing. Can be risky, so talk to your doc.
