Not necessarily: As a starting dose that is definetely a high dose, but if you have been on it for while it is a moderate dose. Tolerance may occur which means that after a while the same dose is no longer effective. Doses more than 40-60 mg are unlikely to have increased benefit and something else should be considered. Talk to prescribing coctor.
