Do you have to have unprotected sex more than once to get aids/hiv?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Playing the odds: Heterosexual vaginal sex probably carries a 1 out of 1000 risk of HIV transmission for each act. This sounds low, but lots of people have sex, and one of those people could get HIV with the first time. Always use a condom. That is the best way to enjoy someone special and stay safe.
