Flu shot agitation: Flu shot challenges your immune system to create antibodies to protect against flu viruses. That activation of immune system can resemble flu-like symptoms, including nervousness, muscle aches, etc. If agitation doesn't resolve in day or two (or gets worse) see doc for possible adverse reaction to the vaccine.
