Increase water: If it is a true cystitis, bacteria is in the bladder and causing an infection and antibiotics are often needed but some times certain foods/drinks can irritate the bladder and make it feel like cystitis or inflammation of the bladder. Increasing water and decreasing acidic foods and drinks can help with the symptoms also.
