Meds/wrist pressure: If your sickness new, i would consider an evaluation for treatable causes first. For example pregnancy or an inner ear condition like benign positional vertigo could cause it. If there is no other cause you might try a motion sickness treatment like dramamine, Antivert (meclizine) or scopolamine patches. Also, placing mild pressure with a finger on the underside middle of your wrist can actually help briefly.

Hands: If you mean colds and other other viruses, use a hand sanitizer frequently. Many germs are spread via the hands. Change your diet to include more fruits and vegetables which boost your immune system. The supplement airborne (most drugstores carry it) may help but it is unclear if it really works.
