TMJ: You may be grinding your teeth when exerting yourself. Wearing a bite guard will help with this. Also seeing an otolaryngologist or a dentist who specialized with TMJ may help.

TMJ?: It's hard to say based on what you are saying, but each of those activities involves exertion... And possibly clenching of teeth (unkowningly).. Try some Motrin (800mg) three times a day for about a week. If the pain resovles.. Likely a TMJ issue - see your local ENT or dentist for further evaluation.
