Not possible: Your thyroid is located in your neck. It is possible to have cancer there. Your cervix is the opening of your uterus at the back of the vagina. You could have cancer there. You cannot have thyroid cancer in your cervix.

Please clarify: It would be extraordinarily unusual for thyroid cancer to spread to the cervix. It is fairly common however for thyroid cancer to go the the cervical lymph nodes. This means the lymph nodes in the neck around the thyroid. These can be checked by the scans done before surgery and possibly with removal of the nodes during the thyroid operation.
