Need investigation: Thyroid nodule needs fna biopsy to make sure it is not cancer, thyroid cancers has excellent prognosis, throat and ear may not be related to thyroid nodule , except in very late stage of disease , but need ENT specialists endoscopic evaluation , see your doctor.

Possible: I dont love giving scary news in this type of forum but anytime i see a nodule with microcalcification i get concerned about cancer. It should definitely be biopsied. Lump feeling is probably unrelated.
