Maybe, maybe not: It would depend on how the timing of the 3 periods compares with a woman's normal pattern, and also depend on whether she has any other symptoms. For example, a woman who always has normal 25-day periods could have a period starting 12/24, 1/18, and 2/12. A primary care of ob-gyn doctor can evaluate, if there are persistent, recurrent, or worrisome symptoms.
