Sounds like : A hemorrhoid (pile). Don't know what you mean by "skin". Don't see how it can influence your marriage but you need to see your doc.

I've had loose extra skin around my anus for about 10 yrs. Chronic constipation as a child so I think it's from the straining. No pain, no blood, no itching, but it's slowly stretched more with time. No doctor has commented on it. Do I need to worry?
What could cause upper and lower jaw pain, pain in teeth, pain in upper cheekbone, and head pain on both sides of the face that feels better when I move my mouth, chew, talk, etc. note that I've been constipated and straining so maybe that caused it?
