Grover's disease: Since heat and sweating may be triggers for grover's disease, you should avoid activities that expose you to such triggers, whenever possible. High potency topical corticosteroids, moisturizers, and emollients are usually recommended as first-line therapy. Antihistamines may help with itching. Other options include vitamin d analogs, phototherapy, systemic retinoids, and systemic corticosteroids.
