Substitution: Weaning occurs spontaneously for some infants; however, most parents must devise a plan. A common technique is substitution--offer a bottle to replace a scheduled breast feeding entirely or interrupt breast feeding partway through with a prepared bottle. If the infant is older, offer a cup instead of a bottle. Providing extra solid foods for age appropriate infants can reduce the need to nurse.

One at a time : Wean slowly. The morning and bedtime nursing feeds are the hardest. Leave those to last. Remove one feeding at a time about every 3-5 days depending on your baby's tolerance. It takes a lot of patience and time. Good luck.
