Symptoms: floor moving/stuffy nose/occasional pins & needles legs. neurologist/ent unremarkable. tried bppv no change ?

Glad : That neurologist and ENT found nothing remarkable. Could be diet related. Many people experience weird symptoms as a response to foods they don't tolerate. Consider removing gluten and dairy form your diet for a week or two and see if that helps. I have also had good response to homeopathy and to chinese medicine so look for a practitioner in your area.

Many possibilities: Floor moving suggests vertigo which can be due to various causes including inner ear infection, viral vs bacterial. Vertigo with other symptoms like increasing headache, vomiting, passing out , fever, warrant further brain imaging studies to rule out serious brain lesions. Runny/ stuffy nose may be due to allergies a infections or side effects of meds. See your internist for any lingering symptoms.
