I have real bad neck pain, headache and upper abdomen pain and nauseated what is wrong?

Multiple causes: Possibilities: muscle strain, tension and/or migraine headache, heartburn/gastritis. Have a thorough work-up with your dr to check for arthritis, peptic ulcer disease, gallbladder, blood pressure problems etc have a comprehensive exam including ekg and blood work up to check for anemia, diabetes, cholesterol, h pylori ab xray of neck, etc.
