Hypopigmentation: The loss of skin color could be a condition called vitiligo. There are several other reasons that could cause a white patch such a fungus or another skin condition. You should see a doctor to get the right diagnosis and see if there is any treatment.

See MD: Could be a yeast infection which should respond to clotrimazole. But it could be balanitis xerotica or other lichen sclerosis that may need surgery and/or high power steroids.
