How do i know if i pulled screws out of achillis tendon when i tripped 4 weeks post op?

X-ray: If your achilles tendon was ruptured and repaired with a metal anchor in the heel bone, an x-ray can verify whether the position has been compromised. If the anchor is non metallic, it will be difficult to assess. Best to see surgeon to assess weakness of the tendon.

X-rays..: I assume your surgeon knows about your accident. It is very unlikely that you pulled a screw out. An x-ray would give you a better picture of what is going on.
