Size vs Dates: Let's say that to the best of your recollection, your last full normal period was december 12th -- maybe it was just a little shorter or lighter than your normal periods, but it's what you told the doc and got a due date assigned. Now let's say you get an ultrasound that shows your baby is a month older than we thought. That means your real, full-length, full-amount, right time period was nov 12.
