Lots of options: The first thing you should do is get evaluated by a dermatologist to make sure these spots are not anything that needs to be worked up further. The dermatologist can then recommend a number of different prescription strength skin care products which help reduce the appearance of dark spots.

Moles: Hi luis! there are a few reasons for brown spots. Simple moles are very common and can increase in number with age and sun exposure. That is usually the reason in young people, and other causes occur in older adults. If there is a mole which is larger, darker, growing in size, or multicolored then you should visit your primary physician or dermatologist.
