Wait and see: Based on those dates pregnancy seems unlikely but you need to wait it out to see when your next period comes. It is possible the spotting jan 28 represented a period. A check up is a good idea.

Get a repeat test: It is possible with your long cycle that you could have conceived days after your relations on 1/25. It might have been a bit early for the first urine test. Consider a repeat in a week. If it is still negative then you are not pregnant. If you still have not had a period you should see a gyn to check you out.
