Do i have pneumonia? really scared i'm not coughing but i had left back pain a couple days ago did not get worse by breathing. no fever.temp is 96.8

No: People with pneumonia are invariably ill with fever, chiils, cough, muscle pains and malaise. There are many types of pneumonia-viral, fungal, bacterial, aspiration and those caused by tumors. Most likely you would have symptoms beside just back pain if you had pneumonia.
