I had a sever case of acute hives and after got steroid shots was fine for a month then if i stand on my right leg to long it swells up what's it mean?

Swelling: Nothing else swells i assume..Hives and swelling can occur together and sometimes not at the same time. The steroid injection effect is no longer in your system after a month. If the problem continues, consult an allergist for proper diagnosis.
