Small Stomach: The roux en y leaves a very small (usually about 2 tablespoons) for your stomach. That isn't very much for it to hold so even if you do vomit, it would be a small quanitity. Feeling the need can come from overeating or eating the wrong things for you. Talk to the nutritionist or your bariatic specialist. They generally have profesional support for long-term post-op patients from by-pass surgery.
