Perhaps you mean gastric paresis, right? Regardless of that, vomiting blood, whether older (brown) or fresh (red, bloody) always needs immediate medical attention. See your doctor or visit an urgent care clinic ASAP; or an emergency room if you feel weak, dizzy, light-headed, etc. Good luck.
