There is no cure: Unfortunately, the tendency to get spider and varicose veins is something you are born with. The hormones, extra blood volume in your body, and carrying a baby all tend to increase your risk of getting spider veins with pregnancy. Spider veins can be treated very effectively with sclerotherapy. You should see a vein specialist who can make sure you don't have anyh underlying vein trouble.
