Virus: Sounds like symptoms of a viral infection. If you have fever as well then it could be influenza. Drink lots of fluids, take NSAIDs for pain and consider going to your doctor or urgent care to be tested for the flu.

Dry cough/ myalgias: Can be infection like mycoplasma( repsonds to zithromax), or reflux which if you reflux when sleeping can cause coughing. The reflux may be complicated by h pylori. May have an associated UTI/ vaginitis.Also check sed rate/ANA for autoimmune disease. f/u with doc/urgent care
