Unlikely: Myasthenia gravis is an acquired autoimmune disease affecting women more often. There does not seem to be clearcut heredity in many cases, and unlikely to afflict other family members usually. Hard to predict who will get which autoimmune disorder but our work will hla typing will one day point the way.
