I catch cold very frequently what is the solution for it ?

Visit immunologist: Immunological work up to evaluate for possible common immune deff.

Is it a cold?: Frequent cold symptoms can be nasal allergies, see an allergist and get tested.

Avoid infection: To avoid getting an upper respiratory infection practice excellent hand washing. Wash hands frequently & thoroughly with warm water and soap. Do not touch mouth, eyes or hands unless hands are clean. Avoid contact with people who have upper respiratory infections. Cover coughs.
