May have cavites: There may be large cavities within the teeth that aren't yet apparent to the naked eye. You should see your dentist and have full mouth x-rays taken. You may also have bone loss from gum disease which can cause a loosening of the teeth. Another possibility is short roots or you just may find out that every thing is fine and you are just thinking about it too much.
