Comprehensive exam: Nothing that we can tell you on this website nor anything that you can do at home will resolve your dental issues. You need to actually see a dentist who can give you a comprehensive exam, discuss your problems and offer you treatment options. The sooner you see a dentist, the better you will feel and the healthier you and your teeth will be. Call for an appointment today. Feel better.

May have cavites: There may be large cavities within the teeth that aren't yet apparent to the naked eye. You should see your dentist and have full mouth x-rays taken. You may also have bone loss from gum disease which can cause a loosening of the teeth. Another possibility is short roots or you just may find out that every thing is fine and you are just thinking about it too much.
