Check with your doc: There are many reasons to cause a "bump". Have it checked by your doc. Probably nothing but better be safe.

Clear bump: If it is a small bump that is clear and not painful, it may be a "pinched" salivary duct and should dissipate in a few days to a few weeks. If it changes sensitivity, size or color, see your dentist.
