I'm 19 weeks pregnant. midwife told me my uterus is measuring 22. does this mean my baby is measuring small? could this change my due date?

Sounds OK.: At nineteen weeks, the fundus (top) of the uterus is almost at the level of the navel. Measuring from the pubic bone to the top of the uterus will correspond approximately to the number of weeks you are in your pregnancy. So i don't imagine your baby is small, given what you've said.
