Haematochezia: That is not a good sign. You need to see your gp to rule out trauma, haemorrhoids, neoplasm.

Get examined: You need colonoscopy unless there's a very obvious source of bleeding that's determined by regular examination. There's a long list of causes. You need to rule out the more serious ones.
