Lichen Planis ?: Having sores in mouth and inflamed lips(red lesions) could be associated with affliction called lichen planis. You can have other skin eruptions on your body too. This is a disorder that can linger, come and go, very passive to acute painful outbreaks. It can only be controlled not cured. There are other possibities too. See dentist to start. Can go see dermatologist. Seek tx.
