3.5-4weeks gestation: The pregnancy charts are based on a 28 day cycle with you ovulating on day 14. How far along you are is based on the number of weeks of "gestation" which includes the 2 weeks prior to conception. If you ovulated early on day 8 then your period would be adjusted back by 6 days to get your due date. An ultrasound between 7-10 weeks can confirm the size of the baby and accurate due date.
